Yeah, fear, yeah, fear of the lower classes, fear of, and then someone's just throwing back to the rise, and so on.
But it's happening in a slightly different form.
You see, this is not just an American problem.
You get Orban in Hungary.
Orban in Hungary.
There is a movement to rise up against these attempts to equal, equalize.
A great number of these.
You know, men over women has been challenged by feminism.
Or where there is some kind of racial divide, white over black.
It's considered normal by a lot of whites.
Or, you know, white over, I mean, or a settler over aboriginals.
So that there are a whole lot of just implicit, unfocused, unexpressed understandings that my privileges are greater, ought to be greater.
So these two targets.
See, the target is the previously inferior, previously unimportant people, less important people, who now won't rise up.
And the pressure coming from a lot of outsiders coming in.
It needs to have some kind of humane and sensible solution.
But, it's easier just to turn on the anger tap and say, these people are just invading us.
And then, for the most part, a message of politics is not moved by passions, but whipped up by politicians.
A lot of these people can be driven out.
So, this is a real trial for our democracies, in which we risk losing them or greatly reducing their value, their democratic character.
It's really horrible what prospects face us.
